We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available for certain pin codes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Personalized Orders
  Orders involving customization of any sort are non-cancellable once placed, under any circumstances.
• Non-Personalized Orders
  For non-personalized orders, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

In the rare event that a product is damaged (e.g., physical damage, defective product) or incorrect (wrong item, wrong customization, etc.) customers must email support@printpluto.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange request.

To process your request, you must provide sufficient proof, such as an unboxing video or clear photographs.

Based on your preference, you may:

1. Request a replacement of the product.
